The refurbishment of homeless accommodation at 2-5 Clifton Place, Newport

The works include reinstatement of conservation specification/fixtures to the front elevation including replacement of roof coverings, rainwater goods, windows and external joinery to meet the conservation officer’s requirements. Also internal alterations and improvements, full replacement of mechanical and electrical engineering installations, and demolition of rear coach house and construction of new two storey coach house.
