 About Us
M&J Cosgrove (Builders) Ltd was established in 1968 by John Cosgrove and registered with the NHBRC (National House Builders Registration Council) which, since 1973, is now the NHBC, (the National House Building Council).
There are approximately 20,500 house builders and developers on NHBC's Register (known as registered builders or registered developers), who agree to comply with the Rules and Standards in accordance to the UK's national building regulations. M&J Cosgrove (Builders) Ltd are pleased to be associated with this scheme and continue to adhere to its rules and standards.
Gary Cosgrove took over control of the company in 1994 and continued to build upon the foundations laid down by John Cosgrove and the company has continued to go from strength to strength. Today M&J Cosgrove (Builders) Ltd boast an impressive portfolio of work ranging from Commercial, Domestic, Local Authority, Health Authority to Retail projects.
We are proud of achieving the highest professional standards, as indicated by our commitment to quality management systems and our ISO 9000 registration. We are registered with the NHBC, the FMB (Federation of Master Builders) and Constructionline.

Framework Agreements
We have recently entered into a partnering framework agreement with Intergrate and have been allocated £8m of construction over the next three years.
We have also entered into framework agreements with DEVCO/GENUS and GORWEL and are awaiting our allocation.
